At Skmei, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Watch

  Securely place the watch, original box, and warranty card inside a shipping mailer, ensuring the product is well-protected to avoid damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Skmei

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
